Personal data belonging to the group of special categories of personal data are not transferred.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b><\/b><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Obligation to provide personal data<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">It is necessary to provide personal data to the administrator in order to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the content of the concluded contract.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Processing time<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Personal data may be processed by the controller for the time necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the concluded contract, or for the time strictly necessary to resolve disputes originating in the concluded contract.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>Instruction of the data subject<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The company Rudan s.r.o. . informs its customers that they have the right to:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">obtain confirmation from the Administrator whether or not the personal data concerning them are processed and, if so, have the right to access this personal data and the following information: purposes of processing, categories of personal data concerned, recipients or categories of recipients, the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular to recipients in third countries or international organizations, the planned period for which the personal data will be stored or, if this cannot be determined, the criteria used to determine this period, the existence of a right to request rectification or deletion of personal data concerning the data subject or restriction of their processing and \/ or to object to such processing, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">that the Administrator correct without undue delay inaccurate personal data concerning them. Taking into account the purposes of processing, they have the right to supplement incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">that the Administrator deletes personal data concerning them without undue delay and the Administrator is obliged to delete personal data without undue delay if one of the following reasons is given: personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, the customer revokes the consent and there is no other legal title for their processing, the personal data have been processed unlawfully, the personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation laid down in Union or Member State law applicable to the controller.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">that the Administrator restricts the processing of their personal data if they deny their accuracy for the period of verification of this fact by the Administrator, the processing is illegal, and the Administrator requests their limited processing instead of deletion, the data are no longer needed for the purpose of processing legal claims.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">that the Administrator, at their request, transfer their personal data to another administrator designated by them.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">raise an objection to the processing of my personal data with the Administrator.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">in case of doubts as to whether their personal data are being processed by the Administrator in the sense of the above-mentioned legal regulations, contact both the Administrator and the Office for Personal Data Protection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rudan s.r.o. with its registered office at Na Laurov\u00e9 2519\/3, 150 00 Praha 5, I\u010cO: 49709585, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 236793 (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cAdministrator\u201d) hereby in accordance with Article 12 et seq. Nejsou p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1ny osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje n\u00e1le\u017e\u00edc\u00ed do skupiny zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edch kategori\u00ed osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span><b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span><b>Povinnost poskytnout osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span><b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje je nezbytn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vci poskytnout za \u00fa\u010delem pln\u011bn\u00ed pr\u00e1v a povinnost\u00ed vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch z obsahu uzav\u0159en\u00e9 smlouvy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span><b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span><b>Doba zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span><b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje mohou b\u00fdt spr\u00e1vcem zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny po dobu nezbytnou k pln\u011bn\u00ed pr\u00e1v a\u00a0povinnost\u00ed vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch z uzaven\u00e9 smlouvy, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b po dobu nezbytn\u011b nutnou k vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed spor\u016f maj\u00edc\u00edch sv\u016fj p\u016fvod v uzav\u0159en\u00e9 smlouv\u011b.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span><b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span><b>Pou\u010den\u00ed subjektu \u00fadaj\u016f<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span><b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Spole\u010dnost\u00a0<span><b>Rudan s.r.o. .<\/b><\/span>\u00a0informuje sv\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky, \u017ee maj\u00ed pr\u00e1vo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">z\u00edskat od Spr\u00e1vce potvrzen\u00ed, zda osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje, kter\u00e9 se jich t\u00fdkaj\u00ed, jsou \u010di nejsou zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1ny, a pokud je tomu tak, maj\u00ed pr\u00e1vo z\u00edskat p\u0159\u00edstup k t\u011bmto osobn\u00edm \u00fadaj\u016fm a k n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm informac\u00edm: \u00fa\u010dely zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, kategorie dot\u010den\u00fdch osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f, p\u0159\u00edjemci nebo kategorie p\u0159\u00edjemc\u016f, kter\u00fdm osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje byly nebo budou zp\u0159\u00edstupn\u011bny, zejm\u00e9na p\u0159\u00edjemci ve t\u0159et\u00edch zem\u00edch nebo v mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch organizac\u00edch, pl\u00e1novan\u00e1 doba, po kterou budou osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje ulo\u017eeny, nebo nen\u00ed-li ji mo\u017en\u00e9 ur\u010dit, krit\u00e9ria pou\u017eit\u00e1 ke stanoven\u00ed t\u00e9to doby, existence pr\u00e1va po\u017eadovat od spr\u00e1vce opravu nebo v\u00fdmaz osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se subjektu \u00fadaj\u016f nebo omezen\u00ed jejich zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed a nebo vzn\u00e9st n\u00e1mitku proti tomuto zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed, pr\u00e1vo podat st\u00ed\u017enost u dozorov\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">aby Spr\u00e1vce bez zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho odkladu opravil nep\u0159esn\u00e9 osobn\u00ed \u00fadaje, kter\u00e9 se jich t\u00fdkaj\u00ed.
